What is coaching?
Partnering with a client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
What happens in a coaching session?
A client chooses the focus of the discussion, while the coach listens and contributes with observations and questions. The interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action.
We also deliver on several levels of leadership. Our coaches approach is personal leadership to strategic leadership. Working your way through team leadership is never a finished job. There will always be challenges that takes you back to basics in life.
Intercultural coaching addresses the clients’ own and immediate concerns in their cross-cultural situation. The process helps the clients to acknowledge their identity in the midst of agile cultures inside and outside their business environments. This strengthens their leadership qualities and facilitates their best performance during change and transition. It also trains them to observe change, interact with its elements and modify their approach accordingly. We incorporate the results of the CQ and EQ assessment when conducted into the coaching work.
Intercultural coaching tool
Fanar Coaches use a triad model where three major entities interact constantly through the coach. This is based on helping the client understand their personal identity, while interacting with different elements in the existing cultures (organizational identity). The third wheel is the coach’s identity which reflects their cultural competency.
