Fanar Consulting LLC collaborates with Six Seconds, a not-for-profit organization that oversees the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments, training and integration in many public and private organizations worldwide. In the last few years, Six Seconds has been working toward one billion people

The Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment (SEI®) is a suite of well validated, effective tests that measure EQ and equip people with a framework for putting emotional intelligence into action. It is used for:

Six Seconds have other ways of supporting higher education and other educational institutions with long standing international reputation in the field. They have a model for change which takes a step by step engage-activate and reflect process. In the engage stage Six Seconds identifies key metrics, clarifies drivers and issues and helps develop a commitment to plan. In the Activate stage Six Seconds increases skills and awareness, helps implement new learning and helps to maintain a focus on change. The last stage is Reflect.
